We are excited to announce that Our Village Therapy now offers occupational therapy services within a clinical setting. Located on Western Boulevard, in Downtown Raleigh, we have a classic Jean Ayres Sensory Integration Clinic. What better way is there to work on play than in a fun, sensory rich environment that activates ALL of our sensory systems!

We all want to feel joy in our everyday lives. Sometimes there are barriers to achieving or finding the “Joie de vivre” that we all desire. In our 1:1 OT sessions, we will utilize a multi-lens approach to identify areas of strength, tailor your individualize goals, and develop a plan of care to help your child function and achieve success in all their daily activities.

Have a picky eater? We can help with that! With specialized training in feeding and eating, we will meet your child where they are and learn about foods in a fun, engaging, and sensory friendly way!

Our Village Therapy offers FREE preschools screenings around the triangle region. If you think your preschooler could benefit from services, send us an email!

Irlen Syndrome is a visual-perceptual disorder that may include a variety of symptoms such as: difficulties with reading, light sensitivity, difficulties with focus/attention, difficulties with depth perception and visual distortions. If you think your child may have Irlen Syndrome, we can provide you with a screening and if needed, assist with a referral to an Irlen Diagnostician.

At Our Village Therapy, we can provide several different sound based therapies including: Untye Safe and Sound®, Unyte iLs ®, Therapeutic Listening®, and Quickshifts®. Sound based interventions can be offered within 1:1 occupational therapy sessions or used remotely within your home. Drop us a line to see which intervention may best fit your child’s needs.

Does you child have fear of the water or are they a fish and need stroke refinement? Our Village Therapy, offers private and semi private swim lessons tailed specifically to your child! We believe that all children should know how to be safe and comfortable in the water.
